Your Questions, Answered

  • At Studio 224 we have a range of memberships to suit you and your routine.

    Choose between unlimited, 3 x weekly or 2 x weekly memberships. We also offer a student membership for eligible members.

  • Payments are conveniently billed weekly through auto-pay. Your spot in the studio is secured ongoing.

  • Yes. Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 8 weeks per year. Just email hello@studio224.com.au with at least 7 days’ notice and we’ll take care of it.

  • Join the waitlist! If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically notified and added to the class.

  • Unlimited members can book 21 days in advance. 3 x weekly members can book 14 days in advance and all other memberships can book 10 days ahead.

  • Classes may be cancelled without charge when cancelled more than six hours prior to the scheduled start time.

    • For class pack holders, the credit will be returned to your account.

    • Cancellations within six hours will incur a $10 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Class pack credits will be retained.

    • No-shows will incur a $15 no-show fee, and class credits will not be returned.

    Unlimited members receive one complimentary late cancellation or no-show per month.

  • Yes. If your routine changes, you can upgrade or adjust your membership. Just reach out via hello@studio224.com.au and we’ll help you find the right fit.

  • All memberships (excluding founding memberships) have a minimum 16 week commitment. Founding memberships do not have a minimum commitment period.

  • You can cancel by providing a minimum of 14 or more days notice in writing to hello@studio224.com.au after the initial 16 weeks minimum commitment.

  • Memberships are non-refundable. We’re always happy to discuss special circumstances if needed.

  • Yes. You can purchase class packs and Studio 224 apparel in studio with cash.
