We use MindBody for account management, bookings and purchases. Classes can be booked via our online booking system or app. Simply select your preferred class and confirm your spot. If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. You’ll be notified by text and email if a space becomes available.

Yes. Our classes fill quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as you know your schedule. If your preferred class is full, the waitlist is always a good option.

Join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive a text and email notification and will be automatically added to the class. (Please check spam folders to ensure you don’t miss notifications.)

We operate on a six-hour cancellation window.
Cancellations made more than six hours prior to class incur no charge. Class pack credits will be returned.
Cancellations within six hours incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Class pack credits will still be retained.
No-shows incur a $15 no-show fee, and class credits will not be returned.

Yes. Unlimited members receive one complimentary late cancellation or no-show per billing cycle.

Yes. Memberships can be paused for a minimum of two weeks and up to eight weeks per year. Just email hello@studio224.com.au with at least 7 days’ notice and we’ll take care of it.

Class packs must be used within their stated expiry period.

Yes! We offer 10% off of our full priced class packs for students, upon presentation of valid enrolment details or student card - please email this through to hello@studio224.com.au. The student discount applies to your account for 12 months. Student discount excludes direct debit membership, casual class passes, intro offers, extended expiry packs, challenge packs and any sale items.

Classes begin on time. A five-minute grace period applies.
If you arrive within five minutes of the class start time, you may join the class. After this, doors will be closed for safety and flow, and the booking will be marked as a no-show. -
Firstly, welcome. Pilates is suitable for all experience levels, and our classes are designed to accommodate a range of abilities.
We recommend starting with our Signature class, which is open-level and offers a great introduction to the Studio 224 flow. Our instructors provide thoughtful guidance and modifications to support you throughout class.
If it’s your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can help you get set up comfortably. You may also find it helpful to explore our Instagram, where we introduce our reformer beds, props, and studio space.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in. We recommend avoiding overly loose or wide-leg pants that may interfere with the reformer.
Grip Pilates socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase in-studio. Please bring a water bottle — we provide a drink station, change rooms, and all necessary amenities.

Yes — provided your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you have clearance from your healthcare provider, you’re welcome to attend pregnancy-appropriate classes. Please review class descriptions prior to booking, check out our pregnancy and pilates page, and inform your instructor before class so they can guide you appropriately. -
Yes. Please let your instructor know before class so appropriate modifications can be offered. We recommend attending our Signature class which is open to all levels.
If you have a significant or ongoing condition, we may recommend a private session initially to ensure your experience is tailored and supported. -
For safety and focus, children are not permitted in general group classes.
Babies are warmly welcome in our Nest classes — please feel free to bring them along. -
Unlimited members can book up to 21 days in advance, providing early access to secure preferred classes.
This is seven days earlier than other membership types. Moderate memberships (3 x classes per week) can book up to 17 days in advance. -
Yes. Clients must be at least 16 years of age to participate. The dynamic style of our classes is not suitable for young, developing bodies.

No. Unfortunately for health & safety reasons we can’t allow kids to wait in reception or in the studio during a class.
