the studio is located at Unit 2B 35 Hinder Street gungahlin 2912 (next to Cypher Brewing).
There is plenty of parking available both on the street and underneath Coles across the road.
-
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. We recommend avoiding overly wide-leg pants as they may get caught in the reformer.
Bring a drink bottle and your grip socks. If you forget, that is totally fine! we have water and grip socks available in studio.
-
If you’re new to reformer, we recommend beginning with Signature or Motion.
If you’ve been practising Pilates for some time, you’re welcome to try Elevate. We still suggest attending at least one Signature class first, so you can become familiar with the 224 method.
-
Arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can show you around the studio, introduce you to the reformer and props. This is also when we will learn about you and how you like to move.
